Training Options:

- Sunday Only @ The Farm

- Monday Only @ Algona HS

- All practices - Sunday (@The Farm), Monday (@Algona), Tuesday (@The Gym), Thursday (@The Gym - ATHLETE DAY!)

1 hour 45 minute practice on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,

1) Tumbling - 15 minutes

2) Wrestling Skills and live wrestling - 1 hour fifteen minutes

3) Gymnastics Style Strength - 15 minutes

1 hour 45 minute practice on Thursday where the focus is on gymnastics - ATHLETE DAY

1) Tumbling and wrestling skill drills 30/40 minutes

2) Gymnastics Style Strength & Flexibility 1 hour

Wrestlers meet every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (Or Sunday Only @The Farm, Monday Only at Algona)

7th-12th Grade

Fall practices run from Sept. 7th-Nov. 13th

Cost: $200 for Sunday ONLY @ The Farm or Monday ONLY @ Algona HS; $400 for ALL practices

Sunday - 4:45-6:30pm @ "The Farm"

Monday - 6:00-7:45pm @ Algona HS

Tuesday - 6:15-8:00pm @ "The Gym"

Thursday - 6:15-8:00pm @ "The Gym" - Athlete Day!
